Two day party and I'm bringing?

So far I’m planning on bringing: Homemade bruschetta, baguettes, oil and dipping spices, homemade olive tapenade, cold thin crust pizza made with fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, basil and balsamic reduction drizzled on top….I’m thinking of also making crab/avocado salad to be served on either lettuce leaves or bread/toast.

Should the crab salad be on lettuce or toast?

Also, I feel a bit odd bringing these things as the hosts are more hot dog/ burger and tater salad types…but most of the guests are not. We do this party as co-hosts every year, but I am wondering if I’m coming off as a food snob to them?

Homemade Dog Food Recipes?

I have an American Pit Bull Terrier with really bad food allergies. Before I decided to go back to college I was feeding him either Wellness, Blue Buffalo, or Evo. Now that I’m back in school I canNt afford to spend 100 dollars on food a month anymore. Does anyone have any good homemade dog food recipes?
I can’t give him any old kind of food. He has REALLY, REALLY BAD FOOD ALLERGIES. I tried the raw diet and he didn’t take to it very well. Despite him being fed a raw diet(intestines and all) he had constant diarrhea. Carpet and diarrhea don’t mix. This is the first time I’m hearing that feeding him a homecooked meal is bad for him.
If it helps he was fed a raw diet for 2 months. The vet told me to keep him on it longer to see if the diarrhea clears up but it didn’t. So I went back to feeding him the high quality foods.

BTW: I’m aware that this isn’t posted in the pet section. The question is already posted there but I haven’t gotten many answers. So I’ve turned to the recipe section. Hopefully I’ll get more answers here. It this also helps his doc told me to avoid wheats and fillers such as corn etc. Peas and string beans are fine and also his favorite. He also loves carrots. Thanks in advanced.

Whats the best brand of Vegetarian dog food for puppyand adult chihuahuas?one that doesnt need supplements?

i am getting a puppy chihuahua and i would like it to be a vegetarian. i also want it to be a vegetarian when it grows up too. I dont want a homemade recipe for dog food please. If you have a vegetarian recipe for dog treats that would be cool! but i just want a brand of food that is for puppy chihuahuas and another type of food that is for adult chihuahuas that is vegetarian and needs no supplements. I want it to supply all the vitamins my chihuahua will need as a puppy and an adult (all amino acids, b-12 etc) if you have a pet vegetarian chihuahua and your using a certain brand of food and your dog has no vitamin deffinciencies that would AWESOME. if you could just tell me what you used when ur dog was a puppy and what you use now and stuff. If you have a brand that is good but you need to add something to it because it lacks a certain item in it thats fine too. thanks!
