I am trying to find someone who commented on a question?

I am trying to find the user Mixed Breeds–Not Mutts! This person commented on one of my questions, and they were extremely helpful, and said that I could email them, but I can’t seem to get my email set up in this thing.

Mixed Breeds–Not Mutts, if you read this, please email me at quila21@hotmail.com. I have created this email, simply for you to email me at, and I will answer with my real email.

The question was about homemade dog food.

Thanks :)

Getting a dog to gain weight…?

I have a foster Saint B. she was 93lbs when i got her, and shes maybe 110 right now- almost all muscle though, no real fat. However i dont feel like shes back to a healthy weight yet at all- vet said she could easily be 120-130lbs. Ive had her since mid april.

Any ideas how i could get her to plump up faster? I am trying out Satin Balls. I feed her a high protein and natural oil homemade food (60:20:20 meat:organ meat: veggies/carbs like sweet potato, etc with olive oil) mixed with grain free kibble. She eats 2-3 times a day (about 2lbs of food or more). Vet work is normal. Any ideas?
- She is regularly exercised. 3-4 times a day we take walks (unless its too hot then we go for short walks and cuddle inside)

-she does like cheeseburgers. but cmonnnnn

Gerbil Help Please! Rejected!?

So my brothers had two female gerbils for over a year and i had no idea how they were getting treated. They got food, water and cleaned out but no playing with or training. Ive took them into my room now and our looking after them but they arnt well behaved my questions are:
-How can i stop them biting?
-How can i get them to come to me when theyre in there cage?
-Homemade toys or treats they’d like?

Is there any health conditions gerbils get? I should know about.
Before you say I’m a bad owner-Im not. I have a dog and a small animal already so taking the gerbils on has been kinda hard. Ive got theyre food, cleaning routine and i play with them alot and have bought them a wheel and a house. But i want them to be happy because my brother rejected them and they havnt got much longer to live.

My dog wont eat dry food after my vacation.?

I went away on vacation for 3 weeks this summer and left my 10 month beagle with my dad, and brother. While I was gone, they fed him all sorts of new foods. Every day they mixed in a sardine to his dry food. On a couple of occasions, my dad gave him homemade chicken gravy and rice. Once I got home I immediately said this is going to stop because he gains weight really fast and nobody in the family takes him for walks or runs except me. I put him back onto Royal Canin, dry puppy food. Now he wont eat any of his dry food! All he does is sniff it and walk away.

My friend said I should leave the dry food out for 20 minutes or so and if he doesn’t eat it, take it away and try again for 20 minutes, an hour later. If he still doesn’t eat, take it away until next mealtime. I tried this, and its been 2 days of him not eating at all, when he used to eat every morning and night.

What can I do to get him to eat? I’m nervous that he’ll get sick if he doesn’t eat.

What can I feed my dog? Homemade dog food?

I’m concerned about the ingredients in storebought dog food and want to start making my own….but I don’t know what to make for him! I know all of the things he can’t have but what are some things I can feed him to make sure he’s getting enough nutrition? Thanks! :)

Healthy enough for today?

Hey Guys,
i just wanted to know what you thought about for this today because i was so busy i didn’t actually get to eat a full meal… Just snacking… I was a vegetarian but have recently gone vegan after seeing some of the cruel things that go on in dairy farms, and all of these factories! :( So please leave helpful comments! :)

Food for the day:
-2 big green apples
-3 carrot sticks
-1 luna bar
-1 serving of pretzels (with a little salt on them)
-1 handful of roasted pepper and garlic skinless almonds
-1-2 servings of BBQ Fritos (i know..unhealthy! just yum!)
-A Fruit smoothie (strawberries,blackberries,blueberries,frozen raspberries,bananas,orange juice,ice.)
-1 serving of Chocolate Soy Milk (90 cal)
-2 homemade vegan peanut butter cookies (delish!:))
-TONS of water!

My Exercise today was:
-A few miles of kayaking (against the wind! errg!)
-walked the dog for 40 minutes
-lifted small 8 pound weights for 5-10 minutes
-And some of those house chores (that can burn calories! haha)-(laundry, dishes, and 10-15minutes walking around the grocery store)

Thanks Guys(:
i forgot! i also swam/tanned for an hour! :)

my puppy is very in-active???

Ok so my pupp is 10 weeks old and ishe had parasites about a week ago. All this time she has had antibiotics for it and. I don’t think that she should still be so sleepy anymore. She has been laying on the couch all day sleeping. I took her outside and she layed down on the grass. This is only for 1 day, though. Other then that she has been an active little pooch. And if you could, thell me your opinions about dry food store bough for dogs or homemade?
