Healthy enough for today?
Hey Guys,
i just wanted to know what you thought about for this today because i was so busy i didn’t actually get to eat a full meal… Just snacking… I was a vegetarian but have recently gone vegan after seeing some of the cruel things that go on in dairy farms, and all of these factories!
So please leave helpful comments!
Food for the day:
-2 big green apples
-3 carrot sticks
-1 luna bar
-1 serving of pretzels (with a little salt on them)
-1 handful of roasted pepper and garlic skinless almonds
-1-2 servings of BBQ Fritos (i know..unhealthy! just yum!)
-A Fruit smoothie (strawberries,blackberries,blueberries,frozen raspberries,bananas,orange juice,ice.)
-1 serving of Chocolate Soy Milk (90 cal)
-2 homemade vegan peanut butter cookies (delish!:))
-TONS of water!
My Exercise today was:
-A few miles of kayaking (against the wind! errg!)
-walked the dog for 40 minutes
-lifted small 8 pound weights for 5-10 minutes
-And some of those house chores (that can burn calories! haha)-(laundry, dishes, and 10-15minutes walking around the grocery store)

Healthy except you need more main meals and less snacks!
